09-30-15 Attack Of The Killer Spiders

Creepy crawlers
Scatter on your skin
Ripping your flesh
Crushing your heart
Climbing up your nose
Pinching your eyeballs
Spinning poison webs
Inside your brain

09-29-15 A Place Of Tranquility

quiet
that lasts
for
a long time
without
interruption
brings
everlasting peace

09-28-15 Genetically Modified Food Poison

My food is genetically modified
And it's eating me all up inside
Pesticides preservatives chemicals
Poison runs through our veins
And the cancer waits patiently

09-27-15 The Warlock Of Words

I'm on a quest
For supreme magic
To conjure up words
From out of thin air

To sculpt a poem
From nothing at all
Into something special
That might impact you

Fine crafted work
The power to create
Is infinitely stronger
Than the power to destroy

09-26-15 Infrastructure Evolving

Construction detour up ahead
Improvement plans in effect
Plant some trees make it better
Building strong walls and bridges

New roads take us far away
Tunnels and highways open up
Shelter from the coming storm
Homes to keep us safe and warm

09-25-15 Rocket Fuel To The Fire

Riding a rainbow comet
Into radioactive clouds
Circuits are overloaded
The circus is in town

Hard rocket ship landing
Light station laserbeams
Insect warriors from below
Quiet fires burn brightest

Lessons turn never learned
Greater treasures are buried
Impossible daydreams die
Don't waste the energy again

Hot shot straight to the heart
Broken mirror beauty shattered
Gone quicker than light speed
Programmed for eternal happiness

09-24-15 Indian Summer Sun Burn

Called out for replacement
The turning point of this season
Hard to adjust to all these changes
Making a killing giving second chances

Hard cool wind in September days
Wolfman lurking right around the corner
Storms swarm the coastline crying rain
Flooded with devestation once again

You can never end with a bend like that
Let me bleed and do all the work for you
Robots will rise and take over the world
I will meet you in some future apocalypse

09-23-15 Fading Into The Void

suddenly the meaning
is left meaningless still
when it doesn't matter
anymore in the end

09-22-15 Panda Bear Poem

Magic and mystery are real
Deep in the forest you find it
Sitting quietly in the dense trees
Munching on eucalyptus leaves

Make a wish and tell your story
The universe is spinning around
Time stands still for a moment
In the presence of panda bears

09-21-15 Lost In The Early Morning

In the quiet darkness of night
I will follow the light home

Evil streets are sparkling
Electric romance in the city

The subways are so lonely
This is not a great place to be

09-20-15 Cloud Iridescence

Rainbows in the clouds
Ice particles inside bubbles
Beautiful weather phenomenon
Like a halO around the sun

Catch it while you can
Don't hold your breath
If you blink your eyes
It will be gone forever

09-19-15 Deep Country Style

Pickle jars in your neck
Of the woods are good

We won't mind if the
Dirty whiskey gets warm

Out in the country farms
Our biscuits are buttered

Bacon and eggs at breakfast
Hot cup of coffee at sunrise

Splashing trucks in the mud
Climbing trees in the summer

Swimming in the cold lake
Looking for mysterious monsters

Settle down quiet in the evening
Time to rest and do it again tomorrow

09-18-15 Mood Ring Colors

Listen to my heart
Crying to my Mom
Screaming in pain

Music in my soul
Singing out loud
Overloaded with joy

Furious blind anger
Hatred flowing inside
Vicious destruction

Radiate positive energy
Start off on a high note
Share the love for life

09-17-15 Taxi Rider

Cruising uptown
In the back seat
Of a yellow cab
Windows down
On a warm day
With cool wind
Blowing softly
Headphones in
Smelling tasting
Watching it all
Tall buildings
Crowded streets
My city is alive
And I am here
To soak it all in

09-16-15 Golden Advice Frim Electric Angels

Hold on
To whatever
Drives you

Don't let
Your dreams
Pass by

Rise above
Broken hearts
Live again

Reach out
Stand up
Shine on

09-15-15 Cherry Slurpee Haiku

Cold refreshing slush

Summer sweet icy red treat

Brain freeze in my skull

09-14-15 The Best Is Unexpected

Destiny is in the hands of fate
It was always supposed to happen
Chain reaction events transpire
Make a wish and watch it come true

But it never really happens that way
The road ahead is chosen for us already
Led down the path on a life journey
To put you in the right place

09-13-15 First Frost Of The Season

settle down for the night
preparations have been made
there's a chilly feeling in the air
always a little bit frozen up north
scents of dry leaves and cold rain
temperature drops after the storm
apple cinnamon cider cookie pie
lock down the windows tightly
snuggle up under a cozy blanket
safe from the harsh weather outside

09-11-15 Alive Again In New York

This city is electric
Get out and run around
All the villains are insane
The battle rages on ahead

Moving sidewalks rolling
Subways sliding underground
Reading books on a park bench
Meet me at the museum today

Grab a star for me from the sky
Take a moment to make a wish
Here is where you're supposed to be
You are exactly where you think you are
