Subliminal messages flashing all around
Center of the universe with a million eyes
Life code memory lock in hidden language

I asked her to marry me right there in Times Square
Those same old buildings that we used to remember
Sentimental journies through those legendary good times
Rolling around town drinking champagne without a care

Life on the road takes a toll

Stuck inside delusions of evil

I always put my phone
In this weird spot In my kitchen
And then I forget where I put it
but it always winds up being
In that same weird Spot
where I always leave it
In the first place last face

Freeze phase laser tag tail wag
Sagging in the bag or bitter to the bone

Friendships forming in the wake of tragedy
Tall green trees growing taller every year

Cool toys I used to play with as a kid
Action figures and vehicles sold separately
Your parents must put it together
Batteries not included

Erase the past mistakes of an earthquake
Smells like sports in the summertime
Here come the lawyers after the cash
