before discoveries of shining life
altered the course of humanity
flowing through the heart of the universe
growing at the source of all existence
multiplied billions of times inside a big bang
blowing up across limitless galaxies
surfing supersonic radio waves
on the tail of an ancient comet
lost beyond dense black holes
splashing through asteroid showers
satellites crashing into rocket ships
revolving around gravitational forces
in a storm of fallen meteors
spiraling out of control
planets like atoms
bouncing between
suns and moons
spinning into infinity
there is a thought
for every star
inside the mind
of outer space
