When I was a kid
there was a record store
in my neighborhood
called Things From England
They had a wide variety
of records and cassette tapes
I used to buy Led Zeppelin bootlegs
with my lunch money there
The guy behind the counter
told me that Nirvana was a band
long before Nevermind came out
and before they hit it big on MTV
Record stores used to be
great places to hang out
and talk about music
but now they are extinct
