Each decision we make
starts off a chain reaction
of consequences like dominos
all falling down one by one
each choice informs the next
exponentially rippling into infinity
Sitting alone in the dark
listening to raindrops tap
I can't help but wonder about
all the decisions I've made
that didn't turn out so great
or those important decisions
that I chose not to make
and where they would've led
if I had made a different decision
along the path to my ultimate destiny
