Dreamless mind wandering throughout the night
Wrestling with my pillow into the early morning hours
Drifting in and out of restless nocturnal torture
Always wide awake or never really at rest
Confused and bewildered from exhaustion
Fumbling in a fog across my bedroom in the dark
Stumbling through the daylight hours like a zombie
When going to work becomes and endless nightmare
Where you can never wake up if you don't fall asleep
